In 2012 Dilyan co-founded Elevent Ventures, a EUR 12 million venture fund with a focus on fast-growth technological companies. Before that, since 1999 he was part the professional team of Caresbac, a US$ 12 million early-stage investment fund, and in 2005 he joined Bedminster Capital Management, a US$ 320 million private equity fund focused on Central and Eastern Europe.

With over 15 years of investment experience and working with more than 120 businesses, Dilyan can be very helpful in developing creative solutions that have helped hundreds of companies across many sectors develop and execute winning strategies.

Peter is an executive with a strong background in finance and solid experience in company restructuring and operational optimization. For more than seven years he has been acting as CFO and Board Member for various troubled businesses part of “Doverie United Holding” PLC (2008-2016) and was instrumental in transformed losing companies into profitable businesses.


Since 2017 he assumed the position of CFO at Rhythm Engineering – a US-based company offering AI solutions to upgrade transportation infrastructure in cities across US and Canada. Rhythm was ranked for two consecutive years among the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine (Inc. 500) 

Bilyana is a Managing Partner at Dimitrova and Staykova Law office, one of the primary legal firms working with early-stage companies in Bulgaria. Bilyana has been handling the whole process from company establishment, through investment and follow-up rounds, along with any other legality in the life of a startup. 

Bilyana has graduated from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 2004). She completed education in American business law and has management experience working in Delaware, USA. A lawyer with interests in the field of the international business law and management, intellectual and industrial property law. Member of the Sofia Bar association.
